Cheese Spread for jaffles

 perfect in jaffles!



In a blender add:
cashews
konjac/glucomannan powder (thickens without heat and adds fibre! Can use acai fibre too)
saurkraut - for tang
mixed herbs with chilli in it already, or add more if you like
nutritional yeast
sweet baby rays BBQ Hickory sauce
soy milk, or other dairy free milk


salt to taste
onion flakes


Taste:
cheesy, but something else, and only pleasant!

Texture:
Once set in the frige (which you can eat it right away but it is always recommended to heat it to get a better flavour) it has a stringy consistency, kind of like tuna- good idea for a vegan tuna.....

Notes:
Will try to make a vegan tuna out of this. This is a lovely creamy savoury spread without added oils or unhealthy ingredients!
