Whole Food Plant Based 5-minute Donuts!



Ingredients:
Royal Gala Apple - cored and sliced into 4 pieces with 2 end pieces (duds, eat them)
Optional to peel it.
Toppings - use your imagination. Here I am using my "cookie dough dip" but you can use nut butters, or "date caramel"...anything you like!


Cookie Dough Dip:
1 small cooked potato (refridgerated) about 1/4c
1/2 small ripe banana (optional)
2 TB peanut flour/butter
1t vanilla essence
1t almond essence
5 prunes/dates/sultanas
1t cinnamon (Optional)
Pinch salt- optional
Splash of almond milk to desired consistency
Blend in blender till smooth.
sprinkle with cinnamon or cacao nibs or whatever you like.

Spread on top and sprinkle with whatever you like!
