Steel Cut Overnight Choc Berry Porridge Breakfast! Vegan, plant based


I got sick and tired of my green smoothie bowls so have decided to try oats for a while!

Cut up one apple into cubes or slices, whatever you like!
Put in overnight oats (recipe below)
Top with 1/2c mixed frozen rinsed berries
 and a splash of plant milk on top!



Overnight Oats - 1 serve (double for 2 days worth, or triple etc)
1/4c steel cut oats
1 t raw cacao
1 t cinnamon
1 TB flax meal
1t chia seeds
Any supplements you take, I add in MSM powder, DHA EPA capsule, etc
1/2c plant milk- depending on how thick or thin you want it

Add all ingredients to a jar and stir well.
Wait overnight, and it is ready to eat in the morning! Easy!

Watermelon with blueberries topped with soy yogurt, sliced almonds and sweetened cacao nibs


Soy yogurt and strawberries and blueberries topped with and sweetened cacao nibs 


 Watermelon and mixed berries topped with soy yogurt, cacao nibs, goji berries and puffed quinoa.
