Steel Cut Overnight Choc Berry Porridge Breakfast! Vegan, plant based
I got sick and tired of my green smoothie bowls so have decided to try oats for a while!
Cut up one apple into cubes or slices, whatever you like!
Put in overnight oats (recipe below)
Top with 1/2c mixed frozen rinsed berries
and a splash of plant milk on top!
Overnight Oats - 1 serve (double for 2 days worth, or triple etc)
1/4c steel cut oats
1 t raw cacao
1 t cinnamon
1 TB flax meal
1t chia seeds
Any supplements you take, I add in MSM powder, DHA EPA capsule, etc
1/2c plant milk- depending on how thick or thin you want it
Add all ingredients to a jar and stir well.
Wait overnight, and it is ready to eat in the morning! Easy!
