Home Made Gluten & Dairy Free Chocolate!



8 raw cacao butter "drops"
2 TB Rice milk Powder (Vanilla) Tastes like crumble and adds creaminess
1 1/2 TB Cocoa
1 TB Coconut Sugar or brown sugar etc...
Pinch instant coffee (sprinkle into dust to help dissolve)

Nuke Cacao Butter or Bon Marie for a 1 minute, stir, then another 30 sec increments until melted.
Add the other ingredients, stir well until incorporated and then pour into moulds or foil.
Set in fridge (takes about 30 minutes or so)

Snap off and EAT!
