Hassleback potatoes - oil free, salt free, vegan, plant based, dairy free
Ingredients
2 White potatoes
2 large cloves of garlic (or equivalent of)
Sauce:
1/4c cashews
2 sprigs rosemary destalked
1 clove garlic
1/2t onion powder
2t Nutritional Yeast
1/2c water
1- Wash and peel 2 white potatoes.
2- Slice thinly 2/3rds of the way.
3- Thinly slice 2 or so large garlic cloves and place in every second slice (or every slice if you really love garlic and have nothing to do all day...)
4- Put sauce ingredients in blender till mostly combined and pour into the slices of potato
5- Bake potatoes in a 160C fan forced oven for about 55 minutes or cook in a microwave for 8 minutes then set under the grill for 4-5 minutes to crisp up. Enjoy!
