Cheezly Mozzarella Vegan Cheese Review - with Nachos!

Cheezly 'Mozzarella style' with turmeric (to make it look yellow like tasty cheese)
Corn chips, Avocado, Fresh tomatoes- sliced, Smokey BBQ Sauce, Onion Flakes, Cheezly Mozzarella style cheese- yummo!

Taste:
I'm going to say it tasted like a mature tasty cheese instead of the bland mozzarella type of cheese. Raw flavour is a bit weird. Not nearly as enjoyable as the melted version.

Texture:
It is more like a cross between philadelphia cream cheese and Fetta. Slightly gritty. Still impressive.

Melted Texture:
It melts exactly like cheese HOWEVER it does not stretch as mozzorella does rather it just behaves more like a cream.

Taste Melted:
Somehow the taste is a million times better, and a thousand times more authentic. Fooled me, tasted like the real thing, melts PERFECT as a pizza topping as many vegan cheeses don't melt nicely. Definitely has a strong bite to it (Well I'm weak when it comes to matured cheese but it has a DEFINITE cheese flavour.)

Verdict:
Definitely will be buying this again! Closest thing to cheese I've tasted so far  Notzarella beats this in "mozzarella" category, but this is a great mature tasty tasting cheese. Tastes great with crackers too!
