Notzarella Review - the best vegan cheese

Nacho style.

This is my favourite cheese. Not soy free though, soy based. I will be testing cheezly soy free soon to see how that goes. Cheezly mozzorella definately is not better than this one, it has a much more matured taste, and oily seperated melted texture- though TASTY, it tastes like a mature tasty cheese not mozzorella, so in this case Notzarella wins the Mozzorella Vegan cheese category.

Taste:
Authentic bland mozzarella type of cheese (not matured tasting) but it is a bit to a lot on the salty side. The taste is spot on, there is a tiny bit of difference, but seriously it's so far beyond what I thought possible! Great raw more so than melted. Melting seems to further mellow the flavour but it's still great!

Texture:
It's springy, not stretchy = but beggers can't be choosers.

Melted Texture:
It melts exactly like cheese HOWEVER it does not stretch as mozzorella does, rather it just behaves more like melted tasty cheese.

Taste Melted:
Much the same as before SPOT ON AUTHENTIC like real Mozzarella (but a bit too salty).

Verdict:
Definitely will be buying this again! Closest thing to MOZZARELLA cheese I've tasted so far. Cheezly mozzarella is more close to tasty than a mozzarella, and their soy free version is like a cheddar/tasty mix.
