Well it is all those things....

****these are approximate measurments, I will make this again and alter it to be accurate.

1 TB Mayvers Hazelnut spread (only cocoa and hazelnut in ingredients)
about 4TB icing sugar
1tsp Baitz Creme de Cacao Liqueur
2TB Water

BAM!!!

SO Delicious!


Don't eat it off the spoon, there's way too much sugar.
