Cheezly Soy Free - Review

Cheezly soy free on Nachos

This is a top notch dairy free cheese. SOY FREE! Cheezly mozzorella is less cheesy than this but the flavours are very simialr. Definately cheesy is the best way to describe this. It melts less good than the cheezly mozzarella. It doesn't taste matured, but it does have a cheddar like quality. It seems to have less oil, it is quite soft and has difficulty with shredding.

Taste:
As all cheezly, the raw product is a little weird in texture. Authentic cheese tasting. So far beyond what i thought possible!

Texture:
Almost paste like. Melted is better, but it doens't melt as good as the cheezly mozzorella.

Melted Texture:
It melts ok but mostly retains it's shape instead of spreading, which is a bit bothersome but nothing to compain too hard about.

Taste Melted:
Much of an improvement. Richer, more cheese like flavour.

Verdict:
Definitely will be buying this again! This was tasty and with a slight hint of cheddar, so I will be buying this again if I ever wanted to eat a lot of cheese in one go as this cheese has no soy at all, and so I don't have to portion control, very delicious (so long as it is melted)!
