Crispy Thin Pan Crumpet Bread - Gluten & Dairy Free in 3 minutes! Quick and Fast and Easy! Blender Bread! Longest title everrrr




Sometimes you run out of bread and you want something gourmet and lacey. I like lace. So hence this thin crumpet was born!!! Use it as sandwich bread! Jaffles! It's flexible and wonderful!

Place the following ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined:
1/2c laukes easy baker white gf flour
3/4c water
1TB Quinoa flakes
1tsp herbs
2 shakes garalic /stock/onion powder

Then add these ingredients and pulse 2 or 3 times to just incorporate:
1/8t baking soda
1/8t baking powder
1/4tsp vinegar

Method:
1- Heat a pan at med heat. Use a 1/4c measurement to transfer the batter on an oiled pan.
2- Cook for 3 minutes each side.

Texture:
Crunchy like biscuits/cookies, holey like crumpets, thin like wafers, savoury like a herb garlic loaf!

Wonderful!
