Chicko Roll style Veggie Nuggets, Vegan, Dairy, Gluten Free!

Left over soup? I know how to turn them into tasty treats!
Strain some soup.
Toss in a food processor - process until slightly chunky- NOT a smoothe paste!
Add some rice/chickpea flour - enough to make it become firm in consistency that will hold its own shape when you roll it in a ball.
Add 2tb each: soy, bbq sauce, nutritional yeast, mix again.

Form into balls, flatten into patties, dip in rice flour, orgrans no egg, rice crumbs with added herbs, onion and garlic flakes and even some stock and pepper. Then set aside on a plate in the fridge.
Frywhen ready to eat!

Cook one side first flip and nearly cook the other side. Then slide a slice of cheezly soy free cheese, underneath and then fry! Or place on top and flip.

Taste: Chicko Roll like. Like eating croutons with soup!
Texture: Mushy with nice chunky vegetable bits, super crunchy outside!

Serve with sauce or grilled cheese on top with a side salad! Delicious!
