Apple Chips!

Healthy and super easy!


Preheat oven to 110c
1- Slice apple with mandolin 
2- Dust with cinnamon, wattleseed or any spices that take your fancy
3- Lay them on parchment paper (no need to oil!) and bake them for for 45 minutes to an hour, flipping them half way.
If they are not crispy once cooled, put them back in the oven for a further 10 minutes. 

Eat!
