Pink / Red quinoa rice


1- Simply cook mixed or red quinoa as per packet directions and an additional 1/3c red rice and 1 cup water. (1 part quinoa, 2 parts water, boil and simmer for 15 minutes).
With vegetarian cabbage rolls 

2- Once cooked fill a garlic press with Malabar spinach berries and squeeze on top for the lovely colour. Stir through.
Done! 
With Sorrel sushi 

Beautiful texture and nutty taste and super choc full of antioxidants to boot! Serve with something green to really make it pop!
