Vegan Tofu scramble
Half small onion
1 garlic clove
My deconstructed tofu scramble on toast
in sundried tomato oil
In a bowl add
In a bowl add
1/4 pack Tofu
1/4 t each turmeric, curry, smoked salt, mixed Italian herbs
1 TB Nutritional Yeast
1 TB Nutritional Yeast
Pinch of black salt and black pepper and splash water to combineand scramble it all with a fork. Add to pan.
Add 2 sprigs Asparagus (optional)
Shredded or julienned half a carrot
can add red capsicum or corn for added crunch now too.
Stir well. Once heated through to al dente, turn off!
Serve on toast or as a side
