Deconstructed smashed Avo on Toast



This is a bit fancy and complex, but well worth it! 

You will also need to:
Toast 2 gluten free breads
Smash half an Avo on top
add a Dollop of Olive pate on the side (or on the toast)
Sweet baby rays (or save for the end on top)
Pickles 6 slices- not optional !!!
1 baby beet sliced
4 Cherry Tomatoes
Less than half a serve of my tofu scramble- arrange asparagus nice for maximum fancy effect.
Vegan Cheese (optional)
Pepper
My grilled eggplant bacon on the side to crisp up- watch it doesn't burn!

Toss the whole thing under the griller till golden 

Add your mushroom herb/greens
Reconstruct the now crispy Eggplant bacon on top where it belongs
And a dollop of Bbq sauce if you didn't add it on the toast at the start.

BOOM! Taste sensation in your mouth!
