Vegan Mushroom Jerky Pieces




Fresh flipped from the oven, back in for another round!

Step 1 - Finely slice mushrooms
Step 2 - Use one stem worth of Malabar berries and crush with a garlic press on top, for colour. Optional.
Step 3 - Add 1/4t soy sauce, 2 tbsp sweet baby rays hickory and brown sugar sauce, and a crushed garlic clove. Add in bag, shake shake! Marinate for a few hours.
Step 4- Place in 100c oven on parchment paper, flip every ten minutes. For 40 minutes. 
Done! 


Texture:
chewy in pieces and almost crunchy in others.

Taste:
Salty, smells amazing.
