Choc Chip Bean Cookies / blondies

You CANNOT taste the beans, both my parents liked it, and my sister (who is renowned for loathing beans, will taste tonight and I'll let you know the verdict!)

Makes 12:
Ingredients:
1 can 400g Butter Beans
1/2c gf Oats/Quinoa Flakes
1/2 a medium banana
1 TB canola oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4t Baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2c brown sugar
1TB Maple Syrup
1/2c gf df dark Chocolate, chopped/chips (approx 1 row and 2 squares of coles dark cooking choc)
Optional 2TB Peanut butter
1-2TB Baits Creme de Cacao Liquor (if you want something sinful)

Honey version
(plus 1 TB oats/Quinoa flakes, and use 4TB honey and 2 TB maple syrup instead of sugar and 1TB maple syrup.)

Method:
*Preheat to 160
1- Combine all except chocolate and baking powders in a food processor. Blend well.
2- Once combined add in chocolate chips and powders and pulse.
3- Pour into a greased 40x 20 pan. You can place almonds onto the top if you like. Then bake at 160 C Fan forced for 15 mins or so until the top turns a deep golden brown colour (just before it burns). You may need to then turn the pan if needed for even colouration and cook for a further 5-10 minutes. (30-40mins)
4- Let cool a bit.
5- Slice into 12 pieces. Or into 24 or so almond fingers. (The portion size is completely up to you.)
Enjoy!!!!

These are still quite sweet for my liking...Want to try using honey instead of sugar.
Texture is crispy on the top, and slightly fudgey in the centre, soft like a cake but moist like a blondie.... It's really a bit of everything sure to please anyones tastests (is that a word? taste, st tastests? )! Best if done thin, as I like the crunchy top! You can't really taste the peanut butter. You can taste the banana, and not the beans at all! It's a textured whole wheat texture from the flakes of oats/quinoa.
