Peach Crumble!
So easy really....
Ingredients:
Large can of peaches
2TB corn starch
2 TB cinnamon
1/2c gf oats
1/2c Almonds or almond Meal
3 TB brown sugar
2 TB margarine
*Preheat oven to 150C
Filling:
1- Grab a large tin of peaches, and pour it (liquid and all) in a saucepan, reserving 3TB liquid in a glass.
2- In a glass mix the liquid with 2 TB of corn starch to form a paste.
3- Then pour that back in with the saucepan and stir in with 1-2TB of cinnamon. Turn on to moderate heat and stir until it starts to thicken. Pour in a ceramic baking dish.
Topping:
4- In a food processor add 1/2c of almond/meal 2 TB margarine and 3 TB brown sugar. Blend. Add the 1/2c oats and pulse until crumbly but still with a little bit of texture left - to your liking.
5- Sprinkle the crumble on top of the baking dish of the peaches.
6- Bake in an oven for about 50mins at 150C
