Kinder Suprise Chocolate Bark!

As soon as I made this i had instant flash backs of cracking open a kinder suprise egg and assembling the little creature and giving it a name and adding it to my collection and playing with it.....etc. Haha. But the taste isn't what reminded me as much as the half white, half black, Cruella De'Vil side of it.

Simple really. No cooking, just a microwave and a blender!

Ingredients:

Gf df chocolate
Shredded coconut, or coconut butter
Dried chopped fruits and nuts of choosing (trail mix)

Method:
Blend shredded coconut until you have coconut butter.
Pour on foil. Let cool (can place in fridge to harden)
Melt some dark unsweetened gf df chocolate and pour on top
Now you got to be QUICK if it's cold as the chocolate hardens suprisingly fast and the ingredients wont have time to stick! Pour over some trail mix, or simply add your favourite dried chopped fruits and nuts. If you want even sweetened chocolate chips. If the chocolate has already begun to cool you may need to use the palm of your hand to push the toppin further into the chocolate.

DONE!

Simply the hardest part is waiting for it to cool before cracking it into abstract chunks and devouring!

Enjoy!
